Knitting for Fun and Stress Reduction

More and more research is emerging about the power of knitting to reduce anxiety and help people manage stress and even symptoms related to eating disorders. Whether you've never knit a thing in your life, you are an avid knitter, or knitting is something you want to get back to, this group is for you.

Knit something for yourself, or knit a personal gift to give away! We will be working on small projects with simple patterns such as scarves (simple) or hats (more involved). 

Only those who have registered for the program may attend (please do not bring family or friends if they have not registered).

IMPORTANT: Registration for any program is complete when you receive a confirmation email: confirmations will be forwarded the next business day.  If you do not receive an email, please contact the office.  (Only if you are registered will you receive any updates, for instance, if a session is cancelled (due to weather, etc.).
