Addiction is often viewed as being related to the excessive use of alcohol or drugs, but can include gambling, sex, shopping and many other behaviours. This group is intended to provide support, information and education for those dealing with either a substance or behavioural addiction.

Topics will include; the process of addiction and recovery, the development of ongoing supports, relationships in recovery, the role of mental/emotional health in the cycle of addiction, as well as discussion and support regarding anger and emotional stressors.
